• Our standard Terms of Service still apply, which include but are not limited to: Our 24-hour cancellation policy. Professional conduct and therapist safety policies. A zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, including any form of sexual solicitation, harassment, or boundary violation. Our no refund policy — all sales and contracts are final.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate session termination and/or termination of services. If services are terminated due to client misconduct, the client remains financially liable for any remaining balance of the membership contract.

🔒 Terms of Service are binding for the duration of the contract and may be updated at any time. By signing a membership agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms as legally enforceable.

• Members must place a credit card on file that is valid for the duration of their membership contract.

• Prices guaranteed for the duration of your contract, not to exceed 12 months.

• Contracts do not auto-renew. A new agreement is required at the end of your 12 month term. Pricing is only garaunteed for the duration of your signed contract. Future contracts may reflect updated rates.

• Members are given priority scheduling that is reflected in their contract. As such, memberships may be limited. Legacy Member clients are given prioroty to purchase memberships when availability is limited.

• Each session includes the option of one of our complimentary add-ons.

• 12 Month Membership holder discounts apply to premium add-ons and additional add-ons from the complimentary list.

• If you are unable to make an appointment, your session will be rolled over onto your account as a prepaid session. Prepaid sessions will be valid for a year after the end of your contract. This gives you plenty of time to use up any remaining paid sessions. ** Note that this only applies when adhering to the cancellation policy. Last minute calls and no show appointments will still be deducted or billed.

• Discounts and prepaids are non-transferable without the consent of the business. Please contact us for authorization before attempting to gift prepaids.

• All members can use their Massage Club discounts on any of our other services, such as Life Coaching, Fitness Coaching: Personal Training/ Yoga/ Weight Loss Support etc., Spiritual life Coaching, Tarot and Astrology services.
